The next Derby 10 Mile race will be at 10am on Sunday 16th November 2025.
Our popular Race Packages are now also open for 2025! Our Triple Package includes an entry in the Carsington 7+ on Sunday 11th May 2025, Wilne 10k on Sunday 7th September 2025 and the Derby 10 Mile on Sunday 16th November 2025. Our Autumn Package includes an entry in the Wilne 10k and Derby 10 Mile 2025.

For an individual entry, race packs can be collected on the day at no extra charge or posted out to you in the week prior to race day for a cost of £2.00.

Affiliated Runners
The Derby 10 Mile event is licensed to UK Athletics (UKA) and therefore we offer runners a £2.00 discount who are both members of a UKA affiliated club and who also hold a Unique Runners Number (URN), also known as a competitor licence number. If you are an affiliated club runner please make sure your URN is active and valid before entering. Your seven digit number (no letters) is given to you on a plastic card. If you do not have this or experience any problems with your URN, please contact your Club/Membership Secretary or Membership Services on 0121 347 6543.
Transfers
To apply for a Derby 10 Mile transfer of your race number to a friend or family member, please contact us during the transfer window of 2nd-27th October 2025 with your name and the name and email address of the new entrant that you wish for your entry to be transferred to. We also need to know whether they are affiliated to a running club so that we can factor in any additional unaffiliated fees if applicable. Transfer requests must be sent by the existing entrant. Transfer requests must only be sent between 2nd-27th October 2025 during which all transfers will be processed and confirmed by email. The whole transfer process must be completed by 5pm on Monday 27th October 2025. There is a £3.00 administration fee, plus any additional unaffiliated fees, which are payable online by the transfer deadline. New entrants must agree to the terms and conditions before taking the transfer.
Future Events
As the start and finish is based on Pride Park, we have to schedule our race around the international football break to avoid the risk of large scale event clashes as well as the availability of Derby Arena. Therefore, based on the FIFA International Match Calendar 2023-2030, future Derby 10 Mile events will take place on the following dates:
- Sunday 15th November 2026, 10am
- Sunday 14th November 2027, 11:02am start to acknowledge Remembrance Sunday.
- Sunday 19th November 2028, 10am
- Sunday 18th November 2029, 10am
- Sunday 17th November 2030, 10am
